This is the website of the Werneth Allotment Society, Oldham, England and was established following the Annual General Meeting of 2007. Established primarily for the benefit of our members we nonetheless welcome you to our site and hope that you enjoy your visit.

NewThe New Lease Agreement - the long-running negotiations over the new lease are reaching a conclusion. Committee are discussing the final lease proposals before calling a General meeting to decide whether they should be accepted in their final version. (22/05/11)


The Andrew Bullough Trophy

Andrew Bullough was a legend in his own lifetime. Recognised as one of the foremost allotmenteers in Oldham (and Nationally), Andrew died on 5th February 2008, he was 97 years of age.

Andrews son, John, has established the Andrew Bullough Trophy, a crystal rosebowl which is to be awarded annually to the best Werneth Park plot.
